The difference between in-home and in-clinic telehealth:
In the clinic, a nurse conducts the physical exam and transmits information to the provider at a remote site. In-home telehealth consists of a face-to-face virtual consult with a provider without a nurse there to conduct an exam.
Experiencing Connectivity Problems?
Connectivity and poor cell signals in rural areas can make telehealth challenging, please ensure you are in an area with wifi connectivity or a strong cell signal for a telehealth consult.
If you do not have access to connectivity, we can still provide care over the phone by calling (501) 295-7708.
